AREA SALES MANAGER

Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales (or related)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in team coordination

Job Profile
  • Responsible for fulfilling the sales and distribution plan for the allocated sales area;
  • Develops and continually updates the allocated sales area together with the sales team (7-8 subordinates);
  • Sets monthly goals for his/her team;
  • Monitors the sales results and identifies areas for improvement;
  • Ensures that the daily procedures are fully respected and implemented;
  • Provides continuous training of sales representatives, provides regular feedback and accompanies them on the field;
